The photography is by Shel Secund and is a very special book. This book was donated to C & W and has been in my collection of 'cat books' for awhile. It is still a great book to have in your collection. It is in good condition. And, a special extra bonus (in my mind) is the name written inside the books cover..... Helen Lee Hensleigh Wenger, a special friend of Rustic Hollow, a world traveler with her husband, a noted educator, graduate of the University of Iowa and Education professor, who lived a full, rich and wonderful life from 1922-2006. In the U of Iowa archives, her collection of papers, correspondence, and scrapbook files and photos, related to her work on a variety of social issues. Helen was a tremendously wonderful person and her sudden death left us very saddened. So, if you select this book to add to your collection, know it comes from Helen's collection that she gifted to C & W.... that makes The Bond... even more special.
